1. Services
We provide real estate photography and related services such as interior/exterior photography, drone photography, virtual tours, floor plans, and more. Service details, pricing, and availability are listed on our website or provided upon request.
2. Bookings & Payments

Client will only receive access to download media after we have been paid in full.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store your payment information.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
3. Image Rights & Usage

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use delivered images and media for marketing and listing purposes.

We retain copyright ownership of all images and media.

Images may not be resold, altered beyond basic cropping, or used for unrelated purposes without written permission.
4. Social Media & Marketing Use
By booking our services, you grant us the right to use any images, videos, or media captured during the shoot for our own marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website portfolios, and advertising. If you prefer your media not to be shared publicly, please notify us in writing before the scheduled shoot.
5. Aerial Photography Compliance
Drone photography services comply with FAA regulations. Outdoor shoots may be rescheduled due to weather or flight restrictions for safety.
6. Client Responsibilities

Ensure the property is photo-ready before the scheduled shoot.

Secure pets and notify us of any safety hazards on-site.

Provide access to the property at the agreed time; delays may result in additional charges.
7. Turnaround Time
Typical delivery time is 12-24 hours after the shoot. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only for cancellations made within the allowed notice period. No refunds after images or media have been delivered.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:

Property condition or staging.

Delays caused by weather, access issues, or events outside our control.

Any indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
